Good to know before you book
- New clients, and anyone returning after six months without a treatment, have a short telehealth consult with a medical provider first. The consult fee is added to that first visit.
- Travel is free within 20 miles of Worcester. Most Greater Boston addresses are further than that, so a $0.59 a mile surcharge applies, plus $75 an hour for extended travel time on long trips.
- A $100 holiday fee applies on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, and after 4pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
- A $50 surcharge applies when a visit needs extra protective equipment and decontamination.
- Booking times are matched to an available nurse and cannot be guaranteed. If your slot has to move, the team calls you to find one that works.
