Basic Blood Panel
CBC and CMP. The standard starting point: blood count, electrolytes, kidney and liver function.

Blood draws at your home or office, self-pay lab panels from $175 with the draw included, and functional testing read against functional ranges. In-office phlebotomy available at the Chandler studio.
Tell us what you need drawn or tested and where you are. We will confirm a time.
Flat prices, the blood draw included, and no referral needed to order one. Every panel is reviewed against functional ranges, so a result sitting at the edge of normal still gets discussed.
CBC and CMP. The standard starting point: blood count, electrolytes, kidney and liver function.
Blood sugar regulation, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, inflammation, liver health and vitamin D status. Includes supplement recommendations where they apply.
CRP, homocysteine and further inflammatory markers, for working out whether inflammation is driving how you feel.
A full hormone picture, for fatigue, cycle changes, mood, sleep and the symptoms that get waved off as stress.
Nutrient and micronutrient status, so supplementation is aimed at what you are actually short of.
Comprehensive functional testing, the blood draw, a full review of every result with the practitioner, health recommendations and supplement guidance if you want it.

A lab order should not cost you half a morning. Mobile phlebotomy brings the draw to your kitchen table instead: a trained phlebotomist arrives at the time you picked, collects exactly what your order specifies, and handles the labelling and transport from there. It is the same collection you would get at a patient service centre, minus the drive and the waiting room.
Best for: Anyone holding a lab requisition who would rather not sit in a collection centre, plus patients who struggle to travel.
Self-pay lab kits are easy to order and surprisingly hard to finish, because most of them arrive expecting you to source your own blood draw. We are the missing step. Order whichever kit you like, call us when the box arrives, and a phlebotomist comes out, draws into the tubes your kit supplied, and packs it for its return courier.
Best for: People who ordered a direct-to-consumer lab kit and hit the blood-draw wall that nobody warns you about.
You do not always need a referral to find out what is going on. Our self-pay panels are ordered directly through the practice, priced before you book, and drawn wherever you are in the metro. Every panel is read against functional reference ranges rather than a pass or fail flag, so a result sitting quietly at the edge of normal still gets discussed.
Best for: Anyone told their bloodwork looked fine who still does not feel fine, and anyone tracking a change over time.
Standard bloodwork answers a narrow set of questions. Functional testing widens it, covering the areas a routine panel never touches. Because the useful test depends entirely on what you are trying to work out, this one starts with a conversation rather than a price list. Call the office or send the form and you will get a straight answer on what is worth running and what it costs.
Best for: People working through something a standard panel has not explained, who want the testing chosen deliberately.
Tell us what your order says, or which panel you want, and we will come to you anywhere in the Oklahoma City metro.
